3 Low Carb Cocktails

 
 

Peach Margarita

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Ultima Peach Bellini electrolyte mix (discount code: lowcarblove)

  • 1 fl oz tequila

  • 1 fl oz lime juice

  • 1 tbsp margarita or coarse salt 

  • 2 lime wedges

  • ½ cup sparkling water 

  • 1 cup ice (½ cup in the glasses, ½ cup in the shaker)

  • Garnish - dried lemon/lime/orange; any fruit of choice 

Directions:

  1. In a shaker bottle, add your passionfruit electrolyte mix, tequila, lime juice, and ice 

  2. Shake your cocktail.

  3. Rim your margarita class with salt and top it with your shaken margarita. 

  4. Top with dried fruit, fresh passion fruit or a lime wedge!

Low Carb Michelada

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2- 12 oz light beer (or zero sugar beer)

  • 1 cup tomato juice 

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 

  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce 

  • 2 tbsp Tapatio hot sauce 

  • 4 cups ice 

  • Tajin for the rim 

Directions:

  1. In a large mason jar, use a lime wedge and rim your cup with Tajin. 

  2. Add all of your ingredients except your ice and light beer. 

  3. Mix your ingredients until well combined. 

  4. Add your beer and ice and give it one final mix. 

  5. Serve immediately.

Sparkling Red Sangria

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop red raspberry or pomegranate Ultima (discount code: lowcarblove)

  • 1 bottle of low carb red wine 

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries 

  • 1 cup orange slices 

  • 1 bag cranberries 

  • 2 cinnamon sticks 

  • 2 cups sparkling water

  • 4 cups ice 

  • Rosemary for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a large pitcher, add your ice, red wine and Ultima electrolyte mix. Whisk until mixed and thoroughly combined. 

  2. Add your fruit slices and cinnamon sticks. 

  3. Top with sparkling water and serve!

  4. Garnish with rosemary sprigs or anything you’d like!
