3 Ingredient Banana Bread

 
 

Yields: 10 slices

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup banana puree

  • 2 cups self rising flour

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • Optional - 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉ Line an 8×4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

  2. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and combine until smooth – do not over mix.

  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until top is golden and toothpick comes out clean.

  4. Allow to set in the pan for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to fully cool.
