Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:

Pumpkin spice latte:

  • 2 shots espresso or ½ cup brewed coffee

  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk

  • 3 tbsp no sugar added pumpkin puree

  • 2 tbsp dairy free condensed milk or sweetener of choice 

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 tsp vanilla 

  • Dairy free whipped cream

Homemade dairy free condensed milk: (makes 8 servings)

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk

  • ¼ cup Choczero maple syrup 

Directions:

  1. Start by making your dairy free condensed milk. In a saucepan, add your coconut milk and maple syrup. Stirring every 5 minutes, cook until this thickens up. It will take about 30-40 minutes.

  2. In your large cup, add your pumpkin puree,  condensed milk, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice.

  3. If you want your latte hot, you’re going to steam your milk, then add all of your ingredients and froth. If you want it cold, you can whisk all of your ingredients in your cup and then add your espresso and ice at the end. 

  4. Top with whipped cream and extra cinnamon or pumpkin spice and enjoy!
