Keto Marble Cake (Dairy Free)

Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of almond flour

  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon of instant coffee 

  • ½ teaspoon of salt

  • ¼ cup of  almond milk 

  • ½ tablespoons of avocado oil 

  • 3 eggs 

  • ½ cup of sweetener 

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Vanilla Cake

Ingredients:

  • ½ tablespoons of avocado oil

  • 1 ½ cup of almond flour

  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder 

  • ½ cup of sweetener

  • 3 eggs 

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 and prepare a loaf pan with parchment and foil. 

  2. Mix all ingredients for each batter separately. 

  3. Pour each batter layer one at a time. 

  4. Use a knife or chop stick to marble the top.

  5. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.

  6. Make sure to check if the center is done.

  7. Let it cool and slice.
