  • 1/3 cup hemp hearts

  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 2 tablespoons of Choczero sugar free chocolate hazelnut spread (discount code: lowcarblove)

  • 2 teaspoon of Chia Seeds

  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder

White Chocolate Hazelnut

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup hemp hearts

  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 2 tablespoons of Choczero sugar free white chocolate hazelnut spread (discount code: lowcarblove) 

  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract 

  • 2 teaspoon of Chia Seeds

Mixed Berry (Dairy Free)

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup hemp hearts

  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 2 tablespoons of frozen mix berries 

  • 2 teaspoon of Chia Seeds

  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract 

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut cream

Directions:

  1. MIx all ingredients together in a glass jar.

  2. Refrigerated for 1 hour or overnight. 

  3. Add your favorite toppings, like chocolate, nuts, or berries!
