90 Second Brownie

Ingredients:
6 tbsp almond flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp sweetener
6 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
3 tbsp melted butter
Extra chocolate chips for topping
Directions:
In a microwave-safe mug or bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, sweetener, and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine.
Add the almond milk, melted coconut oil (or butter), and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix everything together until smooth and well combined.
Microwave the mixture on high for about 90 seconds. The brownie should be set on top but still slightly moist inside (it will continue cooking after you take it out). If needed, microwave for an additional 10-15 seconds.
Allow the brownie to cool for a minute before enjoying. It will firm up a little as it cools.
