High Protein Chipotle Crema

 
 

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt 

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 2 tbsp avocado mayo

  • 2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1-2 tbsp honey

  • Pinch of salt and pepper 

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!

  2. Enjoy it over everything!
