Keto Deep Dish Pizza

Dough
Ingredients:
3 cups of mozzarella cheese plus additional for filling
¼ cup of Parmesan cheese
¼ cup of cream cheese
1 egg
1 ½ cup of almond flour
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
½ to 1 cup of pizza sauce
Toppings
INGREDIENTS:
1lb Italian sausage
20 slices Pepperoni
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare spring form pan with parchment and spray release.
Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the pan and up the sides about 1 to 1 ½ inch.
Using a fork or knife, poke holes at the bottom for even cooking. Bake the crust in the oven for 10 mins or until slightly golden brown.
As it’s baking, cook any toppings you need to. For me, it was the sausage.
Remove crust from oven. If your crust has bubbled, you can deflate them and being assembling pizza.
Pizza assembly: Cheese, sausage, bell peppers, olives, pepperoni, cheese and sauce
Place pizza back in the oven for 15-20 mins.
Let it cool for 10 mins, remove from pan, slice and enjoy
