Pound Cake
Ingredients:
11/2 cup of almond four sifted
6 tablespoons of protein powder
3.5 tablespoons of avocado oil
1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
3 eggs
6 tablespoons of sweetener
3 tablespoon of non dairy milk
1 tablespoon of vanilla
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare loaf pan with parchment paper and foil.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
Berry Compote:
ingredients:
1 cup of mixed berries
1-2 tablespoons of sweetener
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a small pot.
Cook over medium-low heat, until it thickens.
Allow to cool and add to your pound cake.
