Keto Chipotle Queso Dupe

Servings: 1 cup (4 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound White American Cheese roughly chopped into 1" pieces

  • 2 tablespoons of  rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies can

  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno slices diced fine

  • 1 tablespoon juice from the pickled jalapenos

  • 1/3 cup non dairy milk 

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • dash of cumin

  • Alamadre Low Carb Tortillas cut and fried in avocado oil

  • Toppings: cilantro, tomatoes, guacamole, and pickled jalapeños

Directions:

  1. Place the American cheese, green chiles, non dairy milk, jalapeno, jalapeno juice, and half and half in a pan over medium heat. 

  2. Cook, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth.

  3. Cut and fry tortillas in avocado oil

  4. Serve immediately the Queso over the nachos.

  5. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
