Low Carb Chicken Shawarma Wraps

 
 

Yields: 4 Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1 Trader Joe’s Chicken Shawarma pack

  • 8 Butter lettuce leaves

  • ½ cucumber, diced 

  • ½ tomato, diced 

  • ½ red onion, sliced 

  • ¼ cup olives, chopped

  • Optional: feta cheese, crumbled

    Creamy Cilantro Jalapeño Dressing

  • 1 jalapeño (deseeded, deveined) 

  • ¼ cup lime juice

  • ¼ cup greek yogurt plain unsweetened 

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 bunch cilantro 

  • 1 tsp Choczero sugar fresh honey

Directions:

  1. Wash all of the veggies and chop them. Set aside. 

  2. Heat a pan on medium-high heat and sear the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes. Or you can also airfry at 400F for 14-16 minutes.

  3. While your chicken is cooking, add all of the dressing ingredients into a blender and blend until it’s nice and creamy!

  4. Slice the chicken once fully cooked and start assembling your lettuce wraps! 

  5. Top with your favorite toppings, I used cucumber, tomato, onion, and olives!
