Zero Carb Waffle (3 Ingredients)

 
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup ground pork rinds

  • ¼ cup mozzarella 

  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese 

Directions:

  1. In a medium sized bowl, add your ingredients and mix and preheat your waffle maker.

  2. Spray your waffle maker with avocado oil.

  3. Add batter into your pre-heated waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

  4. Top with maple syrup and enjoy!
