Zero Carb Waffle (3 Ingredients)
Ingredients:
1 egg
½ cup ground pork rinds
¼ cup mozzarella
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
Directions:
In a medium sized bowl, add your ingredients and mix and preheat your waffle maker.
Spray your waffle maker with avocado oil.
Add batter into your pre-heated waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Top with maple syrup and enjoy!
