Ingredients:
1 cucumber, sliced
1 pack smoked salmon
Pickled ginger
Furikake seasoning to taste
½ avocado, sliced
Spicy mayonnaise (sriracha and mayo)
Directions:
Slice your cucumbers and avocado.
Cut your smoked salmon into small pieces.
Assemble your nachos by using the cucumber slices as the chips and add the rest of the ingredients on top!
