Cheesy Brussels Sprouts Servings: 4

Roasted Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts 

  • 2 tbsp butter, softened 

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp onion powder 

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs

Here is the air fryer parchment liners I used!

Directions:

  1. Preheat your airfryer to 400F. 

  2. Season your butter with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika. 

  3. Rub your seasoned butter on your chicken breasts until fully coated

  4. Place your chicken in your airfryer and airfryer for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked through!

Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts, cleaned and halved lengthwise

  • 3-4 strips of bacon or 2 chicken sausages 

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil 

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder 

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • ⅓ cup mexican blend cheese

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, fry your bacon or chicken sausage. Remove your bacon or sausage and set aside. I made it without frying it first and it still turns out delicious, but the bacon was not as crispy!

  2. In an airfryer safe dish, add your brussel sprouts, cooked bacon or sausage and the rest of your ingredients 

  3. Airfry at 400F for 10-15 minutes and serve immediately! You can also garnish with more cheese at this point as well!
