  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp sugar free honey 

  • 1 cup ice 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 

Directions:

  1. Add everything into your blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy!
