No Bake Churro Cheesecake Bars

 
 

Yields: 12 Bars

Ingredients:

Crust:

Cheesecake Layer:

  • 16 ounces softened light cream cheese

  • 1 cup greek yogurt 

  • 1 scoop Flavcity Vanilla protein powder (discount code: LCL15)

  • 2/3 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup powdered sweetener 

  • Squeeze of lemon juice

Churro Topping:

  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar Substitute

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • Sugar free caramel sauce

  • Strawberries

Directions:

  1. For the crust, whisk together almond flour, cinnamon and powdered sugar.

  2. Add melted butter and mix well until you have a crumbly texture.

  3. Pour the mixture into a parchment paper lined pan. Press down firmly to create a crust. Place in the freezer, while you prepare the cheesecake layer.

  4. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar.

  5. Add sour cream, vanilla and heavy cream. Mix until you have a creamy, smooth texture.

  6. Pour cheesecake layer on top of crust layer.

  7. Top with desired amount of the cinnamon-sugar topping, press this down so it sticks. 

  8. Return the pan to the freezer to set. Approximately 2 hours.
