Low Carb Cowboy Caviar Dip

Ingredients:
Dip:
½ cup strawberries, chopped
½ cup blackberries, chopped
½ cup canned corn (optional if strict keto)
1 cup black soy beans, drained and rinsed
1 jalapeño, deseeded and chopped
¼ cup pickled jalapenos, chopped
½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
½ cup green bell pepper, chopped
½ cup orange bell pepper, chopped
½ cup sliced olives
½ cup cilantro, chopped
½ cup cucumber, chopped
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Dressing:
1 lime, juiced
½ lemon, juiced
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp Mexican or taco seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Tapatio to taste
2 tbsp Avocado oil
Tajín seasoning to taste
Directions:
