Low Carb Breyer's Strawberry Ice Cream

 
 

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups strawberries 

  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk 

  • ¼ cup almond milk

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • ⅓ cup powdered sweetener

  • Pinch of salt 

  • Ice 

  • Rock salt 

Directions:

  1. Place all your ingredients in a small ziplock bag. Mix to combine. You can also make the ice cream mixture in a mixing bowl and transfer to the small ziplock bag.  Make sure this bag is completely sealed!

  2. In the large zip lock bag, add about 2 cups of ice and a generous amount of rock salt.

  3. Add your small bag into your large and shake for about 10 minutes. Your ice cream should form.

  4. Top your ice cream with toppings of choice and enjoy!
