Loaded Jalapeno Birria Nachos

 
 

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 Trader Joe’s Birria Packet or my homemade Birria recipe 

  • 6-7 jalapeños, deseeded and halved 

  • ½ cup shredded mexican blend cheese 

    Toppings:

  • Pico de gallo (tomato, jalapeño, red onion, lemon juice) 

  • Sour cream

  • Guacamole

  • Cilantro

  • Diced onion

  • Jalapeños

Directions:

  1. Cook the Birria according to package instructions and set aside. 

  2. Cut jalapeños in half and deseed them.

  3. Place the cut jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 

  4. Top with birria and cheese. 

  5. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes or broil until the cheese is nice and melty. 

  6. Top with your favorite toppings! I’m using pico de gallo, guacamole, onion, cilantro, sour cream, and jalapeños!
