Sweet Cornbread w/ Cinnamon Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup fine almond flour

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1 cup baby corn (I use this one: https://amzn.to/3m9adbI)

  • 3 tsp baking powder

  • 3 tbsp sweetener (I use this one: https://amzn.to/31qBzCq)

  • 4 tbsp butter melted

  • 3 heaping tbsp sour cream

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 4 eggs

  • Optional: Cornbread Flavoring

Sweet Cinnamon Butter (Refrigerate unused butter)

  • 1/2 cup butter softened

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup powdered sweetener (I use this one: https://amzn.to/31qBzCq)

  • 2 tsp Choczero sugar free maple syrup (Discount code: LOWCARBLOVE at choczero.com)

Nutrition per serving (with 1 tbsp butter)
