Keto Pumpkin Whipped Coffee (Dalgona)
I’ve been obsessed with dalgona coffees and this is a great twist to the drink, but of course low carb and keto-friendly!
Pumpkin Spice Dalgona Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tbsp sweetener
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 cup ice
Directions:
In a stand mixer, add your instant coffee, water, sweetener and pumpkin spice in a bowl
Whip until this mixture reaches stiff peaks
In a large cup, add your ice, almond milk, heavy cream, pumpkin puree, cinnamon and mix.
Add your whipped mixture on top and serve!
