Cream Yields: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients:
4 ounces of cream cheese
⅓ cup of powdered sweetener
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 ½ cup heavy whipping cream
12 strawberries washed and core removed
Directions:
Add cream cheese and powdered sweetener and mix with paddle attachment
Add heavy cream and vanilla extract
Mix until stiff peaks form
Wash, dry and core strawberries
Using a piping bag squeezed filling into strawberries
