Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Servings: 12- 15 Strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 12-15 strawberries washed and completely patted dry

  • Choczero Chocolate

    - 7 oz White chocolate 

    - 12 oz Milk or Dark chocolate

  • Red Food Coloring 

  • 1 tsp avocado oil or coconut oil (for thinning out chocolate)

Directions:

  1. Melt the chocolate in 15 to 30 second intervals

  2. Add ½ teaspoon of avocado oil or coconut oil, at a time to help thin it out

  3. Dip a strawberry one at a time 

  4. Drain excess and place on parchment or wax paper 

  5. Allow to set in the fridge 

  6. Decorate using piping bags, nuts, sprinkles

  7. To mix in coloring you will need to add more oil to help thin it out as you add color
