Healthy Snickers Frozen Yogurt Bars

 
 

Servings: Makes 6 Bars 

Ingredients:

Frozen Yogurt Filling 

  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter 

  • 1 cup greek yogurt, unsweetened

  • 2 tbsp Choczero sugar free chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder of choice 

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tbsp chopped peanuts (not too small chopped)

  • ¼ cup Choczero sugar free honey 

Chocolate Coating

  • 1/2 cup Choczero sugar free chocolate chips 

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • Optional - Extra peanuts

Directions:

  1. Mix all of your filling ingredients together until everything is fully combined.

  2. Scoop about ¼ - ½ cup of the filling and add it to your popsicle mold. Add a popsicle stick into the middle of each one.

  3. Freeze for 2 hours.

  4. Once the filling has set, melt your chocolate chips with the oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals. 

  5. Take each popsicle and dip it into the melted chocolate until it is fully coated or coated to your liking! 

  6. Put each coated bar on a parchment lined baking sheet so the chocolate can harden. 

  7. Once the chocolate hardens, you can enjoy this super delicious treat!
