Air Fryer Chicken Shawarma Meal Prep

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
2 tbsp avocado oil
½ cup greek yogurt
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 green or yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
½ purple onion, cut into strips
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
Garnish
Cilantro
Directions:
Preheat your airfryer to 400F
In a large bowl, add your chicken, avocado oil, greek yogurt, turmeric, cumin, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
Line your airfryer with aluminum foil. Add your veggies, seasoning them with salt and pepper. You can spray a little avocado oil on it
Place your chicken and veggies in your airfryer basket or tray.
Airfry for 15 minutes at 400F until fully cooked.
Add to your meal prep containers or serve immediately.
