Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise

  • ¼ Cup Sour Cream, 

  • 2 teaspoons Dried Chives

  • ½ teaspoon Dried Dill

  • ½ teaspoon Dried Parsley

  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder

  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper

  • ⅓ cup of Almond milk

  • ⅓ cup of heavy cream 

Directions:

  1. In a medium sized bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and all of the seasonings.

  2. Whisk in milk and heavy cream milk until smooth 

  3. Dressing is best chilled 2 hours before serving.

Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons sugar free ketchup

  • 2 tablespoons dill pickles finely chopped 

  • 2 teaspoons finely diced red onion

  • 1/4 teaspoon finely minced garlic 

  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon of sweetener 

  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt plus more to taste

  • 2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce (optional) 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.

  2. Taste and add additional salt if desired.

  3. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

Caesar Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 small garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste 

  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • ⅔ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (1 cup) 

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil 

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. 

  2. Add the mayonnaise,Cheese, salt and pepper and whisk until well combined.

  3. Adjust to taste. 

  4. Place in the fridge for an hour before serving for a richer taste.
