3 Ingredient Pancakes

 
 

Yields: 6 pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup superfine almond flour

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)

  • 4 large eggs

Top with:

  • Choczero sugar free maple syrup

  • Fresh berries of choice

  • Butter

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together your 4 eggs. Try and whisk as much air into the eggs as possible. This lends for a fluffier pancake

  2. Add your softened cream cheese and almond flour and whisk until combined. Set aside and get your pan ready.

  3. On medium high heat, spray avocado oil or butter. Using a measuring cup or ladle, dollop your pancake batter on and cook for 2-3 mins on each side

  4. Remove and top with your favorite syrup. Enjoy!
