3 Ingredient Fried Pickles

 
 
 

Yields: 12 fried pickles

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup pickle slices, pat dried

  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 

  • 2 eggs 

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • 100% avocado oil spray 

  • Seasonings of choice - ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, pinch of cayenne pepper

  • Ranch for dipping 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Line your baking tray with parchment paper 

  3. In a small bowl, whisk your eggs. 

  4. Next, lay your pickles onto a paper towel, making sure to pat dry all the way. 

  5. Dip your dry pickle into egg mixture, then in parmesan cheese and place on your baking sheet.

  6. Season with salt and pepper and spray with avocado spray, making sure you coat everything evenly. 

  7. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and allow to cool for an additional 10 mins. 

  8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
