Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Smoothie

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • ½ cup greek yogurt

  • 2-3 low carb graham crackers

  • 1 cup ice 

  • 2-3 strawberries

  • Squeeze of lemon juice 

  • 1 tbsp Choczero sugar free maple syrup

  • Top with whipped cream, Strawberries and cookies!

Directions:

  1. Add everything into your blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth!

  2. Serve in a glass and top with whipped cream, low carb graham crackers and strawberries!

Brownie Batter Protein Smoothie

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (can also use vanilla for a lesser chocolate flavor)

  • 1 cup ice 

  • 1 tbsp Choczero sugar free maple syrup

  • Top with chopped chocolate pieces

Directions:

  1. Add everything into your blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth!

  2. Serve in a glass and top with whipped cream and peanut butter drizzle!

Caramel Frappuccino Protein Smoothie

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • 1 shot espresso or 1 cup cold brew coffee 

  • 1 cup unsweetened milk

  • 1 tbsp Choczero sugar free maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp Choczero sugar free caramel syrup

  • 1 cup ice 

  • Toppings  - whipped cream + sugar free caramel syrup

Directions:

  1. Add everything into your blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth!

  2. Rim your glass with your caramel sauce. 

  3. Serve in a glass and add toppings of choice!
