Ingredients:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
½ cup fat free sour cream
½ tsp dill, chopped
1 tsp parsley
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Water to thin out for consistency
Directions:
Place cottage cheese in a blender and blend until smooth. Add all other ingredients and blend (you can also pulse).
