Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese 

  • ½ cup fat free sour cream

  • ½ tsp dill, chopped

  • 1 tsp parsley 

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp garlic powder 

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • Water to thin out for consistency 

Directions:

  1. Place cottage cheese in a blender and blend until smooth. Add all other ingredients and blend (you can also pulse). 

  2. Serve in a mason jar or airtight container and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice or half of small lemon  

  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 tbsp anchovy paste

  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a mason jar or airtight container and enjoy!

  • 1 jalapeno, deseeded and deveined 

  • 2 clove garlic

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp garlic powder 

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • 1 tbsp lime juice 

  • Optional - 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • Water to thin out for consistency 

Directions:

  1. Place cottage cheese in a blender and blend until smooth. Add all other ingredients and blend (you can also pulse).
