Lemon Raspberry Energizer
Ingredients:
1 serving (2 shots) of Mary Ruth’s multivitamin (discount code: MROMAYRA)
1 cup lemon sparkling water
1 cup ice
Raspberries to top
Directions:

Ingredients:
1 green apple
½ english cucumber
1 tbsp ginger root
1 cup spinach, packed
Juice of half a lemon
Tumeric
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 tbsp Choczero sugar free honey or sweetener of choice
Ice and water for your desired consistency (I used about 2 cups water, ½ cup ice)

Ingredients:
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp turmeric powder or juice
1 orange, peeled
Juice of half a lemon
Cayenne pepper to top
