3 Breakfast Boards - Low Carb and High Protein

 
 

All American Breakfast Board

Ingredients:

  • Turkey Bacon

  • Scrambled eggs

  • Cucumbers

  • Tomatoes

  • Avocado

Directions:

  1. Add your eggs to a pan over medium low heat and gently scramble constantly until the eggs are cooked to your liking!

  2. Cook your turkey bacon on a separate pan until they are also cooked to your liking! I like them extra crispy!

  3. Assemble your board and enjoy!

Salmon Lox Breakfast Board

Ingredients:

  • Soft boiled eggs

  • Smoked salmon

  • Cucumber

  • Light Cream Cheese

  • Avocado

  • Pickled onions

  • Tomato

Directions:

  1. Add water to a small pot over medium high heat. Add your eggs in when the water comes to a rolling boil.

  2. Cook your eggs for 6-7 minutes then add them to a bowl of cold water with ice.

  3. Peel and set aside.

  4. Assemble your board how you like with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!

Mexican Breakfast Board

  1. Cook your eggs on a pan over medium high heat until cooked to your liking!

  2. Cook your chicken sausages with a little avocado oil.
