2 Ingredient Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop lightly packed vanilla protein powder (I’m using the one from flavcity - discount code: lowcarblove)

  • 2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg whites

  • 2 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together your ingredients until combined.  For fluffier pancakes, make it with egg whites!

  2. Using a skillet or griddle, place it over medium high heat.

  3. Add your batter and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until it is golden brown.

  4. Top with butter and sugar free maple syrup and enjoy!
