1 Ingredient Pizza Crust

Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 low carb flour tortilla 

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil or avocado oil spray 

  • 2 tbsp no sugar marinara 

  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese (or more!)

  • 6-8 pepperoni slices 

  • Italian seasoning to top (optional)

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 low carb flour tortilla 

  • 2 tbsp sugar free BBQ sauce 

  • ¼ cup pre-cooked chicken breast

  • Red onion, sliced (about ⅛ small red onion)

  • Cilantro to top

Directions:

  1. In a sauté pan, add your avocado oil and shallow fry your tortilla until crispy. Line a plate with a paper towel and allow your crust to cool.

  2. Add all of your toppings onto your pizza and place on a cookie rack or pizza pan. 

  3. Broil for 3-4 mins until your cheese is melted or golden brown!
