1 Ingredient Low Carb Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

Noodles:

  • ½ head of Napa cabbage, sliced into strips

Homemade Alfredo Sauce

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 1 tbsp of butter

  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese 

  • Salt and pepper 

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Directions:

  1. In a small pot, make your homemade alfredo sauce. Add in your heavy cream, butter, seasonings and parmesan cheese. Whisk until combined and until thickened. 

  2. Slice your cabbage and saute slightly (about 3-4 mins).

  3. Assemble your dish by adding your homemade alfredo sauce and topping with additional parm.
