Zero Carb Pancakes
Yields: 8 regular sized pancakes or 12 silver dollar pancakes
Ingredients:
4 eggs, room temperature
4 oz cream cheese, softened
Optional - 1 tbsp sweetener
Directions:
Add the softened cream cheese, eggs and sweetener and blend for 1-2 minutes on high. The sweetener is completely optional, but at this point you can add any other additional toppings that you want. I’ve added cinnamon before!
On a griddle, add avocado oil or butter and cook for 1 minute on each side until done. Top with butter or maple syrup!
