Zero Carb Crust Meat Lovers Pizza

Servings: 12 Slices

Dough

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces of Colby or fiesta shredded cheese

  • For a larger crust: Add 2 ounces of shredded mozzarella

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon of basil 

  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

Toppings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • Pepperoni Slices

  • 1 Ib. Hot Italian Sausage, cooked and crumbled

  • 3-4 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled

  • Marinara sauce base in serving macros

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Cook the sausage and bacon. 

  3. Drain the bacon on paper towels. 

  4. Set aside both bacon and sausages.

  5. In a large bowl, add dough ingredients and mix well.

  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  7. Add dough and using the back of a spoon, shape into round crust. 

  8. Bake crust for 10 to 15 minutes and then flip onto a new piece of parchment paper.

  9. Add sauce with a brush.

  10. Add cheese and then toppings.

  11. Return to oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until done. 

  12. Can add to broil.

  13. Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top.

  14. Slice and allow to cool.
