3 Ingredient Ice Cream (3 ways)

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of heavy cream (per ice cream flavor)

  • ⅓ cup of powdered sweetener

  • Chocolate flavor: ¼ cocoa 

  • Vanilla Flavor: 1 to 2  tablespoon of vanilla flavoring

  • Peanut butter flavor: ¼ cup of  peanut butter 

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Directions:

  1. Whip heavy cream and sweetener to soft peaks.

  2. Then fold in flavorings/cocoa.

  3. Whip again till stiff peaks.

  4. Place in a mason jar or a container with a lid in the freezer for 2 to 4 hours until it’s set.

  5. Enjoy!
