Teriyaki Beef Meal Prep

 
 

Servings: 3

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 zucchini, chopped

  • 1 red onion, sliced

  • ½ cup mushrooms, chopped

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • ¼ tsp Choczero sugar free honey

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ tsp ginger powder

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • ½ tsp chili flakes 

    Toppings:

  • Sesame seeds 

  • Green onion

Directions:

  1. Add your ground beef, vegetables, soy sauce, garlic, sweetener, ginger powder, sesame oil, sesame seeds into a gallon sized zip lock bag.

  2. Shake it up and store in the fridge for 3-4 days until you are ready to cook it.

  3. Once ready to cook, heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook until the meat is cooked! 

  4. Serve with some cauliflower rice or salad and enjoy!
