S’mores Brownies

Yields: 9

Ingredients:

Graham cracker crust:

  • 1 cup almond flour 

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • ½ tbsp cinnamon 

  • 2 tbsp allulose sweetener 

Brownie batter:

  • 1 cup of almond flour 

  • 1/3 cup of cocoa powder buy on Instacart

  • 1 tsp baking powder 

  • 1 cup allulose sweetener 

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt 

  • 3 eggs 

  • 1/2 cup of melted butter 

  • 1 bag Choczero Marshmallows 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. In a large mixing bowl, make your graham cracker crust by adding your almond flour, butter, cinnamon and sweetener into a bowl until it looks like wet sand. 

  3. Using a 8x8 or 9x9 brownie pan, pat your crust down at the bottom in a thin layer. 

  4. In a separate bowl, add all your recipes for 

  5. Bake for 20 minutes until the brownies are 90% done. 

  6. Top your brownies with marshmallows and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown at the top. 

  7. Remove and allow to cool completely before cutting into the brownies.
