Popeyes Blackened Chicken Tenders and Fries

Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

  • 1lbs boneless chicken breast

    Popeyes Seasoning:

  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • 1 tablespoon cumin

  • 1 tablespoon pepper

  • 1/2 tablespoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper 

  • 1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon (optional)

Fries

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried Oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 Rutabaga 

  • Oil for frying

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry chicken well. 

  2. Chop the chicken. 

  3. Add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil then sprinkle seasoning till well coated

  4. Air fry at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.

  5. Peel and cut rutabaga, season it and fry in heated oil.
