Philly Cheesesteak One Pan Meal
Yields: 6 servings
Ingredients:
1 ½ Ibs Sirloin steak, very thinly sliced
¼ cup Olive oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Sweetener
¼ teaspoon molasses
1 large Onion, thinly sliced
1 Green bell peppers, thinly sliced
1 Red bell peppers, thinly sliced
Cheese Sauce:
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Dijon
3 tablespoon Almond milk
1 tablespoon heavy cream
4 oz Provolone cheese
¼ tsp Garlic powder
¼ tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Worcestershire
½ tsp Salt
Buns:
11/2 cups almond flour
4 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
Dash salt
Directions:
Mix all bun ingredients in a bowl.
Shape and bake at 350 12 to 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, dijon, worcestershire, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and brown sugar until combined. Mix in the thinly sliced beef, onions, bell peppers.
Spread on prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 15 minutes.
Sauce: Add butter and melt completely, then add remaining ingredients.
Whisk until the sauce is slightly bubbly about 5 minutes.
Can add xanthan gum to thicken the sauce
