Peppermint Cheesecake Fluff

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese 

  • ½ cup powdered sweetener 

  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 Cup Sugar free Peppermint Candy canes crushed 

  • Red food coloring optional 

Directions:

  1. Cream the cream cheese and powdered sweetener first until light and creamy.

  2. Add in heavy cream, vanilla, and peppermint extract 

  3. Whisk until fully combined and steak peaks appear. 

  4. Fold in crushed sugar free peppermint Candy
