Peppermint Cheesecake Fluff
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese
½ cup powdered sweetener
¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Cup Sugar free Peppermint Candy canes crushed
Red food coloring optional
Directions:
Cream the cream cheese and powdered sweetener first until light and creamy.
Add in heavy cream, vanilla, and peppermint extract
Whisk until fully combined and steak peaks appear.
