Peanut Butter Brownies

Servings: 9

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 cup sweetener

  • 3 eggs, room temperature

  • ⅓ cup melted butter or coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup ChocZ sugar free milk chocolate chips

  • Optional: 1 tsp instant decaf coffee

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter

  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients into a bowl except your peanut butter and chocolate chips.

  3. Fold in your chocolate chips and pour your batter into a greased 8x8 brownie pan, or line your pan with parchment paper

  4. Using a tablespoon, dollop your peanut butter on your brownies. This doesn’t have to be perfect, but try to not let your dollops touch. Using a chopstick or toothpick, create swirls.

  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes and place on a 9x9 pan until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow your brownies to cool for 20 minutes, cut and enjoy!
