No Bake Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients:

Peanut Butter Layer

  • ¼ cup melted ghee, butter or coconut oil

  • ¾ cup natural creamy peanut butter

  • ½ cup sweetener

  • 1.5 cups almond flour 

  • 2 tbsp sugar free peanut butter powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Chocolate Layer

  • 7 oz bag Choczero sugar free dark chocolate

  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil or butter

Directions:

Peanut Butter Layer:

  1. In a large bowl, combine melted ghee (or butter/coconut oil), peanut butter, peanut butter powder, almond flour, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. 

  2. Stir until dough comes together. It shouldn’t look like a liquid batter, it should look like a cookie dough

Chocolate Layer:

  1. In a microwavable bowl, add your chocolate chips and coconut oil (or butter. Microwave for 15-20 sec increments, stirring your bowl after increment. 

  2. Pour your melted chocolate over the bars and use a spatula to spread, covering your peanut butter layer. Refrigerate 1 hour until set.
