Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 ribeye steaks

  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • 1-2 rosemary sprigs, finely minced

  • 1-2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos (do 2 if you want it more savory)

  • 3 tbsp avocado oil

Directions:

  1. Cut your ribeye steaks into 1 in cubes. You want them to be bite size but you can cut them to your size of choice

  2. In a separate small bowl, make your garlic butter. Add your softened butter, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper

  3. On a high heat cast iron skillet, you’re going to cook your cubes on each side for 30 secs to a min on each side. This will depend on how cooked you want your cubes. If you’re looking for a medium cook, 30 secs on each side will be perfect!

  4. Remove your steak cubes onto a separate plate and add your butter. You can add your meat back to your pan. Here is when you’ll add your soy sauce.

  5. Cook for an additional minute and remove from the heat! Eat it by itself or enjoy it with a side salad!
