Mediterranean Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:
Grilled Chicken:
2 chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Avocado oil spray
Ingredients:
4 leaves of iceberg lettuce
6 oz grilled chicken breast
1 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp pesto
¼ cup feta cheese
¼ cup black olives, sliced
¼ cup red onion, sliced
2-3 sundried tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Remove your iceberg lettuce core and grab your leaves, making sure that they are still in a bowl shape.
Add your toppings, as much as you’d like!
Wrap up like a burrito and enjoy! You can use parchment paper to help assist you.
