Low Carb Churros

 
 

Yields: 5 churros

Ingredients:

  • 5 A La Madre low carb tortillas (discount code lowcarblove)

  • 4 tbsp brown sweetener 

  • 5 tbsp cream cheese 

  • Cinnamon

  • Avocado oil spray

Cinnamon Sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 4 tbsp allulose or sweetener of choice 

Directions:

  1. Using a butter knife, spread about 1 tbsp of cream cheese on each tortilla. 

  2. Sprinkle it with brown sweetener. 

  3. Fold into a taquito. 

  4. Spray with avocado oil and airfry for 4-5 mins at 400F OR shallow fry in avocado oil.

  5. Coat with you cinnamon sugar.
