Keto Scalloped “Potatoes”

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 3 to 4 turnips washed, julienne cut, and boiled 

  • ¼ teaspoon of pepper 

  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

  • ¼ cup of heavy cream 

  • ⅓ cup of shredded cheese 

  • 1 cup of mushrooms 

  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic 

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Directions:

  1. Boil sliced turnips until close to tender. 

  2. Heat a skillet with butter over medium heat.

  3. Add in garlic and mushrooms.

  4. When mushrooms are close to being done, add in scalloped turnips

  5. Sauté for 2 minutes.

  6. Add in heavy cream and cheese.

  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
